Thank you for shopping at Imp3dsion. We pride ourselves on offering high-quality digital miniatures for your 3D printing projects. Below, we detail our return policy, which is specifically designed for the nature of our digital products.
1. Nature of Digital Products
When you make a purchase on our website, you acquire a temporary license to download and use our digital files in STL format. It is important to understand that you are not purchasing a physical product. No physical miniature will be shipped to your address.
2. General Policy: No Returns or Refunds
Due to the intangible and irrevocable nature of digital products, once the purchase is completed and the download link has been provided, the sale is considered final and non-refundable.
Unlike physical products, digital files cannot be “returned.” Once you have received the files, you have them in your possession permanently. For this reason, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.
3. Acceptance of the Policy
By completing the checkout process, you confirm that you accept these terms and conditions. You are aware that you are purchasing a digital product and you expressly waive the right of withdrawal once the download has begun.
4. Exceptions and Customer Support
We understand that technical issues can arise. Our commitment is to ensure you receive a functional, high-quality product. We will offer assistance in the following exceptional cases:
- a) Corrupt or defective file: If the file you have downloaded is corrupt, damaged, or has a modeling defect that prevents it from being viewed or printed correctly (e.g., non-manifold geometries, unintentional holes, etc.), please contact us within 14 days of the purchase date. We will verify the issue and provide you with a corrected version of the file at no additional cost.
- b) Download issues: If you have trouble downloading the files or if you have not received the download link after payment confirmation, please contact our support team. We will send you a new, valid download link as soon as possible.
5. Customer’s Obligations
To ensure a satisfactory experience, the customer is responsible for:
- Verifying compatibility: Ensuring that their software (slicer) and hardware (3D printer) are compatible with files in STL format.
- Technical knowledge: Having the basic knowledge required to handle STL files and operate a 3D printer. We do not offer technical support for the operation of specific printers, calibration, or slicer software settings.
- File security: Once downloaded, it is the customer’s responsibility to keep their files secure and to make backups.
